Our journey started with Tim. Super friendly and helpful. Met us on a Saturday morning in the showroom opening up just for us. Patiently answered a lot of questions, twice I’m sure.
Then I think Steve came out for the check measure. Also helpful, and very diligent. Happily made adjustment to plan when I queried it / explained we wanted it a bit wider than usual.
The admin team very responsive when payments made, updates to schedule / notifying office closure over Xmas.
Reuben our project manager. Very responsive to emails, calls and helped to move our material delivery when the build date was moved.
Then we met Jacob at 625am yesterday. We were really impressed. Very professional introduction, on time. He and Ashton have been so respectful of our home and genuinely nice people. They have worked so hard both days with minimal breaks (630a to 5pm - and counting as they’re still finishing up as I write this). I’ve been blown away with how precise they’ve been. It is a quality job. They have also cleaned the site each day. It’s been a pleasure to have met them both.
