EOFY Special Offer

1. The Coastal Patios EOFY Special entitles eligible customers to receive up to 20% off the Recommended Retail Price (RRP) of eligible Coastal Patios products.
2. The discount applies to eligible products only and is calculated against the product RRP before any applicable fees, approvals, installation costs, variations, or third-party charges are added.
3. This offer does not apply to council fees, certification fees, approval fees, engineering fees, application fees, or any other third-party charges associated with the project.
4. To be eligible for the EOFY Special, customers must sign a Coastal Patios contract between 1 June and 30 June inclusive.
5. Contracts signed before 1 June or after 30 June are not eligible for this promotion.
6. The offer is available for new contracts only and cannot be applied retrospectively to existing quotes, contracts, invoices, or projects already underway.
7. The maximum discount available is up to 20% off eligible product RRP. The final discount amount may vary depending on the product selected, project scope, site requirements, design specifications, and any applicable exclusions.
8. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, promotion, package, referral offer, or special pricing arrangement unless approved in writing by Coastal Patios.
9. Any changes, upgrades, customisations, variations, or additional works requested after the contract is signed may not be eligible for the EOFY discount and may be quoted separately.
10. The offer is subject to product availability, site suitability, and Coastal Patios’ standard quoting, design, approval, and installation processes.
11. Coastal Patios reserves the right to amend, extend, withdraw, or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to any contracts already validly entered into during the promotional period.
12. The EOFY Special is not redeemable for cash, credit, refund, or transfer.
13. All projects remain subject to Coastal Patios’ standard terms of trade, payment terms, warranty terms, approval requirements, and any applicable council, building, engineering, or certification requirements.
14. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights customers may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable legislation.
15. By signing a contract during the promotional period, the customer acknowledges and accepts these EOFY Special Terms and Conditions.
