July 2026 Special Offer

The Coastal Patios Summer Build Completion Guarantee entitles eligible customers to have their eligible Coastal Patios project completed before summer, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

1. 1. To be eligible for the Summer Build Completion Guarantee, customers must sign a Coastal Patios contract on or before 31 July 2026.
   2. Contracts signed after 31 July 2026 are not eligible for this promotion.
   3. This offer is available for new contracts only and cannot be applied retrospectively to existing quotes, contracts, invoices, or projects already underway.
   4. The Summer Build Completion Guarantee applies to eligible Coastal Patios projects only and is subject to product availability, site suitability, project scope, design requirements, approval timeframes, and Coastal Patios’ standard quoting, design, approval, and installation processes.
   5. For the purpose of this promotion, “completed before summer” refers to practical completion of eligible build works before 1 December 2026, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Coastal Patios.
   6. The guarantee applies to the construction and installation component of eligible projects only. It does not guarantee the timing of council approvals, certification, engineering, application processing, third-party supplier delays, utility works, or any other external approvals or requirements outside of Coastal Patios’ direct control.
   7. This offer does not apply where delays are caused by factors outside of Coastal Patios’ reasonable control, including but not limited to weather events, storms, site access issues, customer delays, approval delays, engineering delays, certification delays, supplier delays, product availability, variations, additional works, unforeseen site conditions, or force majeure events.
   8. Customers must provide timely access to the property, respond promptly to requests for information, approve designs, selections, documentation, and variations within required timeframes, and meet all payment obligations in accordance with Coastal Patios’ standard terms of trade.
   9. Any changes, upgrades, customisations, variations, or additional works requested after the contract is signed may affect the project timeline and may result in the Summer Build Completion Guarantee no longer applying.
   10. The offer is subject to Coastal Patios’ assessment of the project scope, site conditions, approval requirements, and installation schedule. Coastal Patios reserves the right to determine whether a project is eligible for the Summer Build Completion Guarantee prior to contract signing.
   11. The Summer Build Completion Guarantee cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, promotion, package, referral offer, or special pricing arrangement unless approved in writing by Coastal Patios.
   12. The offer is not redeemable for cash, credit, refund, compensation, transfer, or any other benefit.
   13. Coastal Patios reserves the right to amend, extend, withdraw, or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to any contracts already validly entered into during the promotional period.
   14. All projects remain subject to Coastal Patios’ standard terms of trade, payment terms, warranty terms, approval requirements, and any applicable council, building, engineering, certification, and regulatory requirements.
   15. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights customers may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable legislation.
   16. By signing a contract on or before 31 July 2026, the customer acknowledges and accepts these Summer Build Completion Guarantee Terms and Conditions.
