Coastal Patios November Offer

Terms and Conditions

1. The Coastal Patios November Offer entitles eligible customers to receive 10% off the Recommended Retail Price (RRP) of eligible Coastal Patios products.
2. The discount applies to eligible products only and is calculated against the product RRP before any applicable fees, approvals, installation costs, variations, or third-party charges are added.
3. This offer does not apply to council fees, certification fees, approval fees, engineering fees, application fees, or any other third-party charges associated with the project.
4. To be eligible for the November Offer, customers must submit a quote request that is received by Coastal Patios between 1 November and 30 November 2026 inclusive, by phone, email, in person or through the Coastal Patios website.
5. Quote requests received before 1 November or after 30 November 2026 are not eligible for this promotion.
6. The offer is available for new quotes only and cannot be applied retrospectively to quotes requested before 1 November 2026, existing contracts, invoices, or projects already underway.
7. To receive the discount, the customer must accept the quote and sign a Coastal Patios contract within the validity period stated on that quote.
8. The discount is 10% off eligible product RRP. The final discount amount may vary depending on the product selected, project scope, site requirements, design specifications, and any applicable exclusions.
9. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, promotion, package, referral offer, or special pricing arrangement unless approved in writing by Coastal Patios.
10. Any changes, upgrades, customisations, variations, or additional works requested after the contract is signed may not be eligible for the November Offer discount and may be quoted separately.
11. The offer is subject to product availability, site suitability, and Coastal Patios’ standard quoting, design, approval, and installation processes.
12. Installation dates are scheduled after the contract is signed and are subject to availability. This offer does not include or guarantee any installation or completion date.
13. Coastal Patios reserves the right to amend, extend, withdraw, or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to any contracts already validly entered into under this promotion.
14. The November Offer is not redeemable for cash, credit, refund, or transfer.
15. All projects remain subject to Coastal Patios’ standard terms of trade, payment terms, warranty terms, approval requirements, and any applicable council, building, engineering, or certification requirements.
16. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights customers may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable legislation.
17. By signing a contract under this promotion, the customer acknowledges and accepts these November Offer Terms and Conditions.
